Pocket Inbox · Little Beetle

A little clarity about privacy.

Last updated 22 October 2026. This page explains this website and the current development builds of Pocket Inbox. They handle data differently.

This website

This site has no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking cookies, third-party fonts or email sign-up form. The interactive preview runs in this page’s memory. It does not access your microphone or camera, save your text, or call a task provider. Reloading the page clears the demonstration.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes ordinary request information such as IP addresses and browser headers to serve and protect the website. Hosting infrastructure can retain request or security logs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing.

The Android app

Captures are saved in app-private storage before delivery. API credentials are encrypted using Android Keystore. Capture content relies on Android’s device storage protection, rather than separate content encryption. Direct integrations send your capture and the required authentication information to your selected provider. Their own privacy terms apply. Android sharing passes the chosen content to the app you select. The app has no developer-operated capture backend, ads or analytics.

Chrome and Wear OS development builds

The Chrome extension stores its queue locally and encrypts saved API credentials. It sends captures to the configured task provider. Wear OS keeps voice memos on the watch and transfers them to the paired Android app using Google’s Wearable Data Layer. Google Play services may route those transfers through Bluetooth or Google’s cloud. These builds remain in development.

Keeping and deleting captures

Use the app or extension’s outbox controls to remove completed captures. Export anything important before removing the app: Android backup is disabled, and uninstalling deletes local app data. Disconnecting an account removes saved credentials, but does not delete tasks already created with the provider. Those need to be managed with that provider.
